¡¡¡¡In order to further improve investment validity ,speed the project step ,government decide to establish constituent arrangement system .Specially draft the Yichun Economy Technology Development Zone to attract investment temporarily regulation ,define as following :
I . Any natural person or artificial person inside or outside our city ,appointed or signed the contract with our government ,all are our constituent .
II. The corporation that constituent introduced must accord with requested condition ,They can share government HongKong support policy .
III. There are two encouragement for constituent to selet any one .
- The encouragement according to the investment amount of capital asserts , directly pay for 1.4% when the corpotaion start operation .
- The encouragement according to annual mount of value added tax ,refer to Doc.#Yichun release [2005]23 , regarding the development fund regulation .The detail : in the corporation continue to invest term ,The total amount of value added tax over the mission , the encouragement not allow over 20% .But the constituent must introduced more than two corporation .at the same time the amount of value added tax of the corporation should over 300 thousand .If the amount value added tax of the corporation over 0.1 billion ,adapt ¡°one introduce ,one encouragement¡± method .
